Not meaning to stir the pot here, but would using the wrong deck constitute a penalty beyond loss of the match?  I only ask for future reference/precedent, not because I want to see anyone penalized.

I think it has in the past when a team lost and had the wrong deck.  Should be penalty for losing + penalty for choosing wrong deck.
