Oh well sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't happen. The games were pretty close, as in 1 turn close as in had I won a toss outside of game 1 I may have brought the whole deal home.

Seems fishy to me, backroom deals for sure. They used salvage to get more cards while the opponent discarding less cards. They also made it 3-2 to seem less obvious.
