Desync'd first 4 gams. Gonna challenge game 4

Game 1 win - killed his turn 2 golem, easily outrushed
Game 2 win - closer but I had good quanta and early reclusetal
Game 3 loss - turn 1 immortal golem, i quantafailed

Game 4 both beat AI - I'm challenging that he couldn't win against live opponent, and no way I could lose in my game.
desync'd on turn 3, I had a nice lead. AI played SoSE, killed my spider with TS and played shard golem with mutation. I easily stayed a turn ahead. My screenies here. Supposedly he got stronger golem and additional creatures in his game.

Game 5 loss - lost because of coin toss
Game 6 loss - turn 2 golem with paradox killed my spider, psions couldnt keep up

Here is how it went down and my take on it. People can believe whatever they want about me and my attitude towards this.

Match was at 1-2, after multiple desynchs, but everytime before that they agreed to replay.

Game 4 comes around, both win. They both say they have pics. Okay, replay. None of them asked for pics from their opponent, as they didn't in the previous games either.

The aaronk wins 2 in a row and gets 3-2. Suddenly, replay is not okay for deuce anymore and wants to contest it.

aaronk left, and I don't know if he kept the pictures, and he is not obliged in any way to keep them after the match. The pics are used right after that particular game to determine if both players won, then if both have proof, it's replay. If none actually ask for the pics and agree for replay, it's the same thing. The win is give in case a player asked for pic and the opponent did not have it, while the player in question had the pic. There is no obligation to keep the pics after the match.

If you both agreed for a replay, then it's a replay. If you couldn't both agree for a replay, the match should've been stopped and ask WMs "What next?".

deuce claims his AI misplayed, but who says our AI didn't misplay?

These are my thoughts on this particular match. I'll be very very disappointed to see this turned into a loss. May the WM's decide.

I publically said in chat that I would challenge this game if needed before playing the additional games. We have screenshot of this if you would like.

It's common courtesy to play out the rest of the match, so that aaron and I don't have to reschedule the match on short notice in case WMs take a while. Also, if I won 1 more game, this entire discussion would be moot. But this was a 50/50 matchup, which is why we are in this mess.

In this case you disconnected even before turn 1. In those cases I always restart. We should also add that when disconnecting the cards you draw will be different in the 2 games. Therefore outcome can be very different. I aim to try to delete unnecessary SS after games because otherwise you get a load of them quickly. However in this case if a player has demanded a WM opinion after game SS of course needs to be saved.

That's just my view on it. We can be fortunate that this didn't happen later in war when discard/salvage matter more to teams.

Only shot of game 4 provided is of the slot machine after a win, no in-game shot at the time of desync or later. Like I said before, I do not doubt that he beat the AI. I have my concerns that the AI played incorrectly. Did it fractal psions or spiders? Did it use the lightnings at all before fractal?

Based on the screen shots I provided, I don't think there is any way a human opponent could have beaten me. I do not see a similar level of evidence from the screenshots provided by aaron. Aaron may have additional screenshots that weren't provided, which may provide more evidence.

If WMs or anyone else is interested, I have screenies of games 1 and 2 to confirm timestamps. I did not screen game 3 because I was going to lose anyway. Screenies of game 4 provided in earlier post. Games 5 and 6 were the only games without desync.

I didn't want to interfere on this,but this has bugged me a lot in previous wars,and it's something that's going to come up again and again in this event, and really should have become an official rule.If both parties agree to a replay then it's done,it's over and no ammount of screenshots or aftergame actions should change that.You agreed to a replay.Deal with it.

Not sure how the "I publically stated that if i lose i will challenge the match" stands with current rules,but personally I find it void,at least ethically.

This might be the only thing worth mentioning since getting in touch with WMs might be time-consuming,but I MUCH MUCH prefer the match to stop if both players claim win until WMs ruling,rather than I'll challenge if  I lose (not from deuce particularly,but from anyone in the many many times this will happen again in the event).
So either agree to a replay and deal with the consequences, or wait for WMs is my opinion,with possible time extensions or subs if needed.Much preferable that way
