Although the idea of people splitting up into teams is a good idea, I feel that the teams will be assigned therefore people who have already established more or less a relationship in the conference room have a chance to not be in the same team therefore the interaction in the conference room was for nothing. I say (if you want) you can get people to travel with or or give your self the option to travel by yourself.

More managerial/organizational things to discuss:

- Checking and re-checking spoilers for information is not likely to be much fun for us (for fact-checking) or for anyone in the future who looks back on what we did to try to figure out the secrets by which we became so amazing. As such, I have received recommendation (and strongly support it) that we instead use headers which contain the color, the element symbol, or both. It is difficult to misinterpret and easier to access.

- With division into two groups, our timelines may unintentionally diverge. I'm open to ideas on setting up some standard so that one group doesn't go through a week while the other has only passed two days.

1. If we go that route, we'll need to get standard colors because then similarly colored elements like Water, Air, and Aether might get confused.

2. Perhaps we could have the people who end up with the post at the end of the day in the RP kinda have a Day X at the end of their post so that the other group will know how to coordinate the time. Obviously there will be times where one group is a day or so ahead of the other due to varying scene lengths, but it would allow the groups to know when they could try and meet if the occasion arises.

With regards to timing, I think a 'Day X' at the beginning, only when the day actually changes, would be enough. In addition, the watches allow for an easy explanation for in-universe precise timekeeping... unless they don't actually have clocks and are just glorified magical storage and computation devices
