Quick update please - who exactly is around the chimera?

I think only an alien. His last actions were...

1) Concentrate Staff into Darkness 1/1.
2) Conceal area around the Chimera.
3) Move around.

You seemingly ignored the thing in red. Quick, one of you, fix the loop-hole.
(Maybe ddevans was narrating what happened before an alien concealed everything. An alien didn't notice ddevans jumping above the chimera because he was busy harnessing the power of the staff? Maybe ddevans is stuck inside the darkness, and doesn't notice it for some reason, either being an effect of being in the darkness or something?

OOC: I'm outside of the forest, Camoninja is near the edge of the forest, (as far as I know) and an alien is at the bottom of the trees near where you are.

Ah, a Chimera, seemingly hurt by someone... Ah, there. on the tree. Maybe i should help him... Well, the chimera would probably kill him and then look around anyway, so either help or run... And I don't like running away. Problem though, these trees will not help my wings... Hm.

I Concentrate on my staff and it starts to Darken. I suddenly throw a wave of darkness that forms a shell around the Chimera's position, possibly frightening the man into falling right into the dark. I hope not, he seemed like he would become useful.

I then move around the shell of darkness, expecting the Chimera to charge at the position i was at.

At this point alien's just circling around the Chimera and dd's was sitting on the tree until alien cast that spell. What dd does next is up to him.[/quote]

The Chimera RAWRS!, and it charges to ddevans's left.
"Hey! This isn't a very good start!" I noticed the person Eva has stilled is muttering to himself angrily and holding... lemons? I guess he's a culinary combatant or something similar.

He seems to recognize me and Patch. "What are you guys doing this time?"

"Treasure Hunting." I reply. "And you?"

Well, thanks for the icebreaker there, Z!

As i watch, the chimera charges... straight at me! I reflexively whap it with my staff as i jump to the side, and into a tree. It seems my staff managed to turn the Chimera a tiny bit, probably saving my life. But... oh my. It seems there was still a tiny bit of Darkness on the staff, which now allowed the Chimera to see inside the Concealed area! I quickly proceed to Blind it, attempting to increase the chances I had of fleeing or winning.
As the bright flash hit it, it roared loudly, and charged right into the tree by it, breakiung the tree and maybe stunning it.

1) Whap the Chimera with the staff as i jump to the other side.
2) Concentrate on Light 1/1
3) Blind Chimera.

I'm just wandering around down here, looking for stuff. That chimera seems to have sucked up a good friend of mine, with all those noodles. Gotta get him back for that, you know? Eye for an eye and such.
And these lemons don't just make lemonade, they make fire, explosions, and acidic death.
2: Throw loads of lemons all over the chim', hoping to do some damage.

I race after the Forest Spirit. The forest thins, and the spirit stops before someone. Whoever is there watches it run back and forth, and he starts to look worried. He glances in my direction, and the Forest Spirit jumps up and down. The phoenix on his shoulder glares at me. With nothing better in mind, I say hello.

"Hello, I'm a bit lost. Could you tell me where I am? Sorry about scaring your Forest Spirit."

Uh, Arti, I think the chimera is above ground and you're underground. o.O I might just be confused.

A man comes out of the forest, he must have followed my Forest Spirit.
   "Hello, I'm a bit lost. Could you tell me where I am? Sorry about scaring your Forest Spirit." He says to me.
   "I'm... not completely certain myself." I said a little uncertainly, not wanting to betray my ignorance to someone who could be a potential danger, "all I know is over there" I point to the south, back in the direction of the snowy waste land I came from, "there was a village called Hollowed Beast, but it's...kinda...gone..." I trail off, uncertain of how to continue.
   "My name is Izaya." I said a little awkwardly.
   Wait a minute... realization dawns on me. What if he's been following me this entire time? Maybe coming from the forest was a diversion? I need to find out how much he knows...
   "What is your name?" I try to ask casually.

Z, Calindu, patch and artimies are on the Dwarf Fortress thingy.

I think that's it for positions.

I assumed the noodle chimera fell down the shaft after stomping around all over the place and causing the ground underneath its feet to give in.
At least, that's why artimies was throwing lemons at a chimera while in the fortress, right?
Still waiting for this to make sense before i make my move.
