Yup. It was simple in hindsight, but still wanted to do it. Still will say dihydrogen monoxide, though.

A large trumpet noise suddenly blows all the 'dihydrogen monoxide' *cough*water*cough* out of the pool. The Portal Guy, as I will call him for now, looks stunned and soaking wet.

An odd monster leaps at us. It seems to be a plant... except all of it's 'flowers' resemble horns. It seems to be trying to deafen us. The unconscious ninja starts to grumble and snore even louder. It's almost like he's just sleeping with a stomachache at this point.

I text 'Silence', but the Elemental spell seems to have no effect.

"Might have to switch resources." I mutter as I text "Mytheria." and charge my energy.

Okiedokie then. I can work with this.
1: Chuck a big combustible lemon through the portal.
The water boils away, leaving a steamy cloud in it's wake.
2: Hop through and assume a manly DBZ stance.
3: Begin focusing lemon power into a Super Awesomeface Uber-Mega Lemon McFTW.

A strange monster emmurges from the water pool, it emits a horrible noise from its flower-horns, my reflexes instantly use my hands to cover my ears, but the strange noise leaks through and I begin to scream because of the pain. Regaining my head even through the pain I quickly shout out to my Phoenix in the avian tongue, hoping it can be heard above the noise:
   "Attack it now, Faen!"
   Luckily, Faen was still perched on my shoulder and the yell was easily heard, it leapt off my shoulder with mighty scaled legs and flies towards the flower-horn beast.
1: Cover ears with hands
2: Yell to Faen
3: Have Faen attack Flower-beast

artimies7's lemon explodes in his face as he stumbles forward due to the onslaught of noise.

I text "Sol Blade". A sword of pure light emerges in my hand. I follow up with a text of "Ward - Light". A searing pain shoots through my body, but the beam's blade glows even stronger. I launch an energy wave at the plant as Izaya's phoenix comes from the other side.

I quickly text "Cyberwall". A soft barrier emerges and covers everyone's bodies, bringing the noise we hear down to a manageable level. I just hope it stays up - it was pretty draining to do all of that with the noise going on.

"Awww.... Well, it was relaxing while it lasted... Well, time to fight. Some ice should do it... if I knew where to find some. Wonder if there's an icy biome nearby."

3: fail by not finding any. ANYWHERE."Well. That's inconvenient. Better protect myself.

2: create portal connecting in front of me and behind me
3: create portal connecting the two sides of me.
That should do it; now the shockwave will go right past me.

TOOT TOOOOOOOOOT! I jump, and my ears are ringing. I enter quicktime, almost automatically. I cover my ears. This is a good enough distraction as I might get, so I run (yet again). I trip over a vine. Silly me, I have all the time in the world, I can walk. I try to get up again, and I fall down. That's no ordinary vine, it TRIED to trip me. And look, it's growing a flower at the end. I ignore the noise and slash the end of the vine, wrapped around my ankle. I wonder what's at the root of this.

Faen crashes into the plant and claws at it furiously, not doing much damage but catching it on fire. I walk away from the - now flaming - flower horn monster as it rushes towards Faen, to innterested on him to sing it's horrible song, I was able to remove my hands from my ears and called in beast-tongue to the Forest Spirit.
   "Attack him while he's distracted!" The Forest Spirit rushes forward, attacking the monster back while Faen ran away, but the thing turned around at the small creatures attacks and wrapped it in tentacle-like vines, probably killing it, although I didn't feel my 1/3 of spirit return so it had to still be alive... oh my, the thing seems to have noticed me for the first time, and is quickly advancing towards me!
