It's possible you could win, but I wouldn't fight the general unless you're mostly doing it for fun. 3rd shield is probably the more "competitive" choice.

My shield would suck, since im having enormous quanta issues.
I don't know what to do D:
In my fight against the gen, i drew mostly mutations and pandas, only 3 creatures that didn't helped much.
