Thanks to the intense training session where the MAR members got totally beat up, they may all now use 10 upped cards.
Hmm. Well I still prefer that my weakness be changed to something other then a 50% element requirement, so please do let me know your response to that notion, majofa.
However if you're quite opposed to that idea for whatever reason, I suppose I shan't make a fuss for now, since 10 upped cards may be plenty of raw power to make up for an occasional inability to bring solid counters.
Anyway, back in character:
Coil plodded along sullenly, lost in it's own thoughts. Noticing the rest of it's companions coming to a stop, it looked up and beheld a familiar sight. A group of Chess Pieces stood arrayed against them, and one or two of Coil's allies had already advanced to meet them! Instantly the artifact's senses were drawn to focus upon a single figure standing towards the back of the opponents, and whose body radiated an intense heat. The blade shivered with fear and anger at the sight if it's recent nemesis, and Coil briefly considered fleeing Spitfire and finding another opponent. There was wisdom in this thought after all. An ally might be better suited to withstand Spitfire's fiery assault...
But now... now is not the time for wisdom! I didn't come all this way to survive... I fought this far in pursuit of GREATNESS! And I will achieve it! Coil calmed it's mind and advance determinedly towards the Chess Piece.
Come, fiery one. The hottest flames will forge the keenest edge. One way or another, I will pierce through you, and find strength on the other side.
Coil will fight Spitfire (again).
