Coil pauses mid-sentence as it suddenly becomes aware of the presence of another creature, a fiery being arrayed in red and black. The glittering holographic creature wielding Coil whirls to face the new arrival and drops into a crouch.

This match was a disappointment - I got EQ'd once early - made a play mistake by miscounting my quanta and got completely counter decked by very high HP creatures and CC that killed my flying weapons.

I won match #2 on the power of my quanta draw and on a play mistake by majofa not to kill the auburn nymph on the round that Discord scrambled exactly no quanta.

I lost match #3 horribly on a weak (although not bad) quanta draw - but without discords to slow him I was quickly out damaged and died.

Why/How are you able to bring upped discords and AMs? And don't AMs heal you (therefore illegal in this arena?)

As far as the upgrades go, let's just see everyone develops at their own pace.... and gains strength as the rounds continue.

Ah. So there's a sort of 'experience' system for the heroes? Sounds interesting.
It'll work really well with all the magical artifacts Ankh has in his hyperspace pockets, too. =P
