Besides what's stated in the restrictions column, decks will only have a MAX of 3 of each card, excluding Pillars and Pendulums. Decks may have up to 10 upped cards.

Battle Format:

Phase I
2 dice are rolled.
 - The first one determines the number of participants from each side. The number will be 3-6, with 4 & 5 being the most likely results.
 - The second one will determine the location of the battle. There are different arenas that each have their own special rules.

Phase II
Team MAR decides who will be fighting this round.

Phase III
The Chess Pieces who are fighting this round are revealed.

Phase IV
Team MAR decides who will be fighting who.

Gaia Online is a social-network-ish site, each user can pay currency to buy clothing, etc. for his/her avatar.
The avatar maker you found uses the avatar template and items from Gaia Online.

I see, well we used it for Colosseum and that went well. Being able to see what characters look like will add much more enjoyment to this battle/tournament.

Yes, a mmorpg while its also social thing, you get score for posting in the forum etc. Minigames and crap to make you spend time and earn coins and whatnot, then you buy pieces of cloth for real cash or for billions in ingame currency that you put on your avatars.

The people owning it are coldblooded sharks. They take any new popular thing and calls it something else (even though everyone knows its ripped from the current music/movie/tv show/whatever) and turns it into some pixels and turns a profit. They are leeches.
