You never even asked. I'm still interested, the problem is the owner usually has real life issues to handle, so this becomes an unlikely option to retake.
Is this a response to me? If so, the primary issue with creating a new LoE was the fact that I had lost interest in elements, and the recruitment process was too much of a hassle last time around.
If I did it again, I woild likely stipulate only senior members, but include provisions to have a minimum of ~6 elements instead of needing all twelve, so I wouldn't have to spend as much time waiting for people too show up. That way, what members did show up would likely br dedicated, and the wait for the event to start would beshorter, so people didn't lose interest before LoE 2 even started.
