A banlist for this event is currently being finalized.  The proposed ban currently is on the following cards.

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vl 52r 590 5f4 5io 5p0 5rp 61t

Does that mean that I am allowed to use Nymph Tears, but that I can't create an Air or Water Nymph with it, or that I can't simply use the Nymph itself but I can convert a pillar into one of them?

The banlist only affects the cards in your deck - thus you may run Nymph Tears in your decks and create those nymphs that way.

I have doubts regarding the usage of Quantum Pillars and Pendulums.

1) If I use Quantum Pillars in one deck, will I be able to use them in another deck, for they are "generic"?

2) If I use Fire Pendulums in one deck, will I be able to use Fire Pillars in another one?

With 18 players, the number of players alive at the start of each round will be as follows.  There will only be 8 rounds.

Round 4 - 14 players
Round 5 - 10 players
Round 6 - 6 players
Round 7 - 4 players
Round 8 - 2 players

I believe this should be in opening post.

If Cardplayer wins 3-1 against me next Round, who would be the winner of the event? I am unclear if our Match Record would be counted as 1-1 or 4-5.

Root's Match Record would be 6-2, Cardplayer's would be 5-3.  Root would thus be the winner.

Feedback goes here I suppose?

I quite liked this event, and I'm not just saying that because I won. I was initially worried that the event would be too centered around using standard decks, but I ended up in scenarios where it was actually better to use a lesser played deck in order to counter a specific strategy. At the start of the event, I really wouldn't have expected to use a SoV deck or Time/Light Stall, but those ended up being great choices in the situations I was in. Overall, the concept of deck-swapping is really what made this event. It introduced a huge degree of strategy, because players had to deckbuild for very specific situations. Trying to play it safe by going with a standard meta pick would mean missing out on a great counter to your opponent's strategy, and a lost advantage is a disadvantage. Based on this event, I'm considering implementing abilities that can swap out support Elements for my next event.

And lastly, icon?
