First of all, please consider whether your problem actually is a bug.
Individual problems with your account or problems connecting belong in troubleshooting while ai suggestions (this includes ai "fails") belong here. Spelling or Grammar suggestions also belong in the Game Suggestions and feedback board. Problems with the forums do not belong here, either. This place is for in game bugs.

Before reporting a bug, please check the not-a-bug List, as well as the change summary for the latest version (the "bug" you're reporting may be an intended card change). Confirmed bugs will be moved to the confirmed bugs section. There are also certain general types of bugs that are known and do not need to be individually reported, these include:

Desynchronization
Symptoms:  Your opponent's deck, cards, health, and quanta keep changing rapidly.  Both players disagree about what happened. Very general bug that happens only in pvp, in some cases when a specific card combo consistently causes desynchs there is a reason to post this. These cases can usually be observed by having different outcomes when you do it, or the ai does it.

Rapid Draw problems
Symptoms:  Not drawing a card you should have, despite having room for it in hand.  Being forced to discard an invisible 99 cost card.

Rapid Click Problems
Symptoms:  Playing cards for free, playing an infinite number of cards, discarding more than one card, and various other illegal game moves.

Do not ever, ever, ever post names of suspected cheaters or hackers in chat or on the forums. Almost every case of hacking/cheating during a match is, in fact, a symptom of desynchronization. Forum staff can do nothing about hackers or cheaters, so please, do not post about players accused of cheating.

Finally, when posting bugs please be as precise as possible. Ideally, the title would contain the action/card combination that causes the bug, and the text a detailed description of when with pictures as proof. If you don't know how to take screen shots read this http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/ It does not need to be perfect, but bugs cannot be recreated nor confirmed without enough details.

Also, is there any explanation for how they happen and how to prevent them?

Although they are usually caused during a turn by cards similar to these the effect often shows at the start of the next turn by drawing an incorrect card then (and possibly being unplayable).

As far as I know it happens because a drawing event is triggered before the previous event is processed, causing stuff to get mixed up and go wrong. Best way I know to prevent it is to not try doing anything until an event has finished. So for example when you draw a card with an hourglass you don't try to play cards/activate abilities until the card drawn shows up in your hand.

This is just how I love desync errors in pvp. However, I found something that I never seen before.



It's the first time that a desync error gives my opponent upgraded cards in Pvp 1. We all know it's desync, it's just a new symptom that should be added to the desync list.

Hm, very far from new. Desynch can mix up data between two PvP1 players or a PvP1 player and a PvP2 player. It's been like this for as long as I know. Regardless, the OP explanation includes changes to cards.

Fine and dandy but where DO I report PvP abuses?   It's hard to believe that after being repeatedly bad mouthed by a player, we just 'happen' to desynch the turn before I win and he comes up with an impossible amount of damage ftw ...
