Can we upgrade cards in a deck the same round as we obtain them from our opponent?

Also, shouldn't there be a rule that we MUST send you the new decks and upgrades? Just saying.

2. Sure I can add a rule, but really the large part of this event is in the participants hands. I had you send me your deck picks to make sure you picked something at all. The main reason to send in decks and upgrades would be for me to show pretty statistics at the end

You can go ahead, if it suits scheduling purposes. Just keep in mind you will probably be waiting a while before your match after that (don't completely forget about the event)
