I can help with unusual synergies if you want there are several out there and most are ignored for more powerful synergies this could be a nice way to bring those underestimated combos into the light.

This sounds like a really, really interesting event. For decks, I suggest rolling elements for each player to build with, to increase variety. A few cards might have to be banned for balance though. *cough*discord*cough*

5. AFTER MATCHES
After the match is over, the loser reveals to the winner his or her three decks. The winner may then switch any ONE of his or her decks with one the loser has.

So if you have decks A B C and the losing opponent has D E F, you can switch it so that you have A F C. B is gone

Do I have to choose 6 specific cards and upgrade them to change the deck for the rest of the event, or can I choose which 6 cards to upgrade between every match? Rules say any 3 cards but not for how long.

Upgrades are set once applied. Upgrade a pillar, it's stuck as a Tower for the event's remaining duration. Good question, I'll add that to the OP.

I have a question: It looks like the progression of decks from player to player is rather slow. Would it be more interesting and faster in the future to have two different sets of decks given out, one to even numbered players and one to odds? This would effectively prevent signups from going too slowly for everyone to join in the fun!
