We really haven't got any great amount of data on the subject, and without data how can we reach any definite conclusions?
So how much of the knowledge of the world/universe/expanse do we know?

If you're asking how much we know in terms of how much it's possible to know, I don't think you can really answer that question, as one of the pieces of information we don't have it how much there is to know. :P

Seems more like a copout than anything to me. If you had to guess, what would you say? 99%? 90%? 80% 50? 20? 5? Less than 1?

No it's good science. It would be unscientific to make claims without evidence.

Taking a random shot in the dark about a percentage about how much we know about the world, the universe, everything is less than .0000000000000000000001%. But really, i think it's close to, if not an infinitely decreasing percentage because I'd say this existence has an infinite amount of information about it, or at least an amount of information that will never be reachable for the human race.

Of everything there is to know? <1% (:

I believe just about everything conceivable can be accomplished.  Such as time travel, transferring consciousness' into new bodies, light speed space ships, pretty much anything you see in a sci-fi film.  Exceptions are things that don't deal with our physical realm, such as I don't believe in a trillion years will we ever be able to capture or replicate the "spirit" of a person.

My ultimate question then, as Im sure some have already guessed, is how can we say that in the rest of that greater than 99% that we havent discovered, there isnt a God? If theres so little we dont know, then theres so much we havent discovered.

Because we are ignorant and normalize things.

Everything we do we think of as normal, even though we know so little. Go past normal, and we feel uncomfortable.
Because of this, we try and explain everything we can, using what knowledge we have.

The only thing I stand by is this: In a truly infinite universe, the possibility of anything that can possibly happen happening is 100% eventually.

Because supposing things with no evidence isn't scientific.

Additionally, there are literally an infinite of gods that can be supposed. What makes one better than another?

Kamietsu is probably not wrong there. We don't even know what the earth looks like.

In technology, we know quite a bit. Better space travel is conceivable, maybe more. You can't answer that, but the things we really ''need'' are in sight.

I don't know where you want to go there. It is common to simply not assume something until we learn more. I don't buy anything for ''this might be or that could be.'' Of course I can be wrong, but I never said the things I don't believe are absolutely impossible.
