Ok, OldTrees, could you rephrase that second part please?
Hypothetical example
8:00 PM I arrive in the past
8:30 PM I tell Bob that I know you (maverixk) will make a thread titled "Free Will or Omniscience? (Sorry if i misspelled omniscience)"
8:53 PM You make said thread
9:15 PM I notice said thread
9:30 PM I travel back in time

My knowledge of your choice did not invalidate your choice because my knowledge was dependent on you first making your choice before I would know it.

The only reason this doesn't work is because God exists outside of time.
Don't disagree with people you agree with. The post you quoted was a metaphor of the theist theory of "outside of time" but made to explain to atheists.

Sorry, I thought they were trying to prove that God can travel back and forth in time.  Sorry.

So how does he exist?

Because he's Vishnu. :V
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

I had a long post earlier, but than my stupid computer decided to glitch up. yeah...

Short story short, to believe that God decided how we'd decide things (AKA not having free will) means you never looked in the Bible. He loves everyone, and wants everyone to come to the kingdom of God. So, why wasn't everyone saved?

The answer: We have free will.

If we don't have free will, why would our praise mean anything to Him?

Of course, He has Omniscience, too. I will not say He doesn't. If I find out about something you'll do in the future, but go back into the past, does my knowledge suddenly make you incapable of doing something else? No. I know you will do it, but you still have the choice to not do so. If this is too confusing, you're not meant to be a philosopher.

For those believing that we have no free will, and that God decided exactly how we would react to things...you must honestly think God hates you, and for that, I am sorry for you. That, or you've never picked up a Bible, yet had the "Brilliance" to debate about something you know nothing of.
Of every method I've tried, only one way to make someone obey you has worked. Set a man on fire, and he will burn for you the rest of his life.

I like to think of this like a word excel chart.

You plug in a value and you see how things will turn out. If I make ball A, all we have is Ball A. If we plug in gravity, Ball A will begin to fall.

The difference is: our excel chart has an unknown variable X. X=you choose to love God or not love him. I think God is guilty of heavily influencing people more than others (so in that sense God has influenced X for certain people more than others which is not fair), but I don't God makes you love him in that sense.
