I recommend you check out Brandon Heath, Tenth Avenue North, Sidewalk Prophets if you like those guys. MercyMe is also very good.

Skillet, P.O.D., RED, Disciple, Dead Poetic, Decyfer Down, 12 Stones. These are some of the most popular hard rock Christian bands out there.

5. Kari Jobe (Ive talked to her in person, teehee)

I love Hillsong

I actually run the sound board for the church I go to, and the worship team emulates the Hillsong sound. It's pretty cool. I personally have so many different influences that I can't count. I don't try to copy anybody's sound concept, but I definitely have my favorites.

im surprised newsboys, andd newsong hasnt been mentioned yet... maybe they are a little too old school though.

Favorite Rock band, Pillar. Favorite song from them, frontline.

Other groups I like, none of which have been mentioned.

Lunie 3:80 (redoes a whole bunch of secular music, like soulja boy)

Those are mainly rap Christians. Tripp Lee has some hard stuff, along with lecrae. Every type of secular music there is, I listen to a Christian equivalent without the talking about girls strippin, having sex, and things like that. I think it puts in bad morals.

And for people who haven't listened to them, Christian rap songs hit the issues the hardest IMO

Yeah, Newsboys haven't come out with much lately, but they are pretty good.
