You ask a question, and I'll answer it as unbiasedly as I can.

I won't supply links, otherwise that defeats the purpose of being unbiased.

I have read somewhere about the birthday of Jesus, which is widely "thought" (or known) to be at December, 25. I do recall reading somewhere, however, that nowhere in the bible had it been stated in which day was Jesus born, which means there are other 364 days that he could have been born.

Is the above true or is it hinted/stated at least somewhere about his birthday?

There are very few people that would still argue that Jesus was born on December 25th. Where did that date come from?
The two places I found are:

'Sol Invictus'
The 'Birthday of the Invincible Sun' on December 25th.

Another one is that some believed that people only lived in full years (no fractions). Since Jesus died ~March 25th (Nisan 14 using the calendar of those days), go back 9 months and Jesus was conceived on December 25th.

The Bible, however, gives no specific day of the year Jesus when was born. It does say that the shepherds were outside tending to their sheep during the night when Jesus was born, so it most likely wasn't during the winter.

If God is all-loving, why does he send people who don't believe in Him to hell? Does He still love them too?

It is not known exactly when he was born. It is guessed that he was born on September 11th 4 B.C. because there was something to do with Jupiter and Saturn or something that made a very bright light in the sky on the day. However, only the part about the bright 'star' (which could have been a planet) was mentioned in the Bible - the date has been guessed recently.

The 25st was chosen to celebrate it for possible reasons that majofa has already said. But if scientists are right about the star, then we know that in the 1600s they were average at guessing dates.

Actually, based on Registration Edicts: Jesus was born in the fall of 2 B.C.E.

Your question starts with an assumption... Are you stating that God loves everyone and everything they do?

Also, rewrite your question using Sheol/Hades or Gehenna as those are not the same thing and shouldn't both be translated as 'hell'.

No, God didn't force anyone to accept his love, let's based this discussion on this and i shall begin. It's up to us to either accept Him or not, if we have rejected Him in the first place, that means we are choosing the other way, assuming that you are saying heaven and hell, 2 different routes to be taken. While i'm not saying hell is the route chosen, i just want to clarify that i deduct this based on logic.

Going back to the question, you said that Why did God sent people to hell? You are assuming God is in heaven. Not to go off topic about holiness of God, i'll just stick to this saying that 'God who chose us even before we were conceived' would not make us like robots or slaves that only obey what He ask us to do, we're given free will and so it's our choice that dictates our life.
