I see agnostics as a theist questioning their religion, a weak atheist, or someone inbetween.
Agnosticism actually has a solid definition. I consider myself what is known as a strong agnostic, because I consider that it is not possible to know from an epistemological standpoint whether a god as often framed by deism or generic theism exists.
Weak atheism is also a defined term - it refers to a person who does not believe in a god or gods because they do not consider that there is satisfactory evidence to prove that they exist (also known as an agnostic atheist). Strictly speaking I am also a weak atheist because disregarding the epistemological arguments I don't consider there to be any good evidence that suggests the existence of a god or gods, and therefore for all practical purposes I consider my answer to the question "does a god (or gods) exist" to be "no".
