I believe that the universe just spontaneously, randomly popped into existence via some complicated quantum mechanics stuff that I'll learn in a few years. I consider it more likely than the universe being "created" by some outside entity. After all, if God made us, who made God? If God just randomly popped into existence, then I'm still right. Religion seems to think that our existence already has some meaning predetermined by some outside force. I say screw it, existence is meaningless so it's up to us to find our own meanings.
Okay, the above paragraph is a bit chaotic and disorganized, but I'm too lazy to fix it. I'm basically trying to say that I believe it's fully possible that life, or existence itself, just spontaneously came into existence by pure chance. Of course it's also possible that some cosmic entity created us. But if that's the case, then I feel that my existence doesn't have any meaning by itself (i.e. I'm just a slave or an extension of God instead of my own person); I will not have any form of individuality. So I'd prefer to believe that I'm created through randomness and is actually my own person. So evolution and abiogenesis for me.
