 I suppose you refer to Christian God.
 It is the unforgivable sin if you die before atoning for it (much like many other sins I suppose). If it was unforgivable, then it would be impossible for idolaters or people with a different religion in general or no religion at all to become Christians in the first place.

Literally, no. ANY and EVERY sin can be forgiven, but ONLY if the sinner has INDEED atoned for it.
The "unforgivable sin" is the way Satan thinks. He knows the truth but yet he denies it due to pure selfishness. He can atone, he knows he is wrong but he just won't do it. Ever...
Other than that, if you refer to a certain paragraph of Bible of something, please let me know...
