So Aether and Entropy compliment each other quite well. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=584.msg5595#msg5595

So, I was fighting this Death-Elemental, and he had a 5/6 vulture out, three Skeletons, and a boneyard. He had me at 64 H, while he was at 88 H. (Yay, daggers!) So, I had had no luck getting any good cards: just Aether Pillars and 2 Entropy Pillars. I had a useless Mutation, and no creatures. I finally get an Abomination, and I think "Huh, well...it's already an abomination, so I'll just use up the Mutation."

Out of nowhere, it mutates into something weird...A 9/14 Colossal Dragon...with Skill: Destroy.

First off, I take down the boneyard with Destroy. Next turn, I draw a Parallel Universe. I use it, and somehow, it copies into a 13/26 Colossal Dragon with Skill: Poison. 0_0

So, I proceed to beat down that annoying Lvl. 3 and get a nice +13 skill points.

...I think I'll start an entropy mono...

Yeah, you gotta love mutations.  In fact, most people who play false gods throw in a Fallen Elf/Druid to mutate their fireflies and skeletons.  You can get some cool stuff.  Plus, PUing a mutated creature makes a better copy of that creature, usually with a different skill.  You're probably just starting off, but the upgraded Mutation spell and Fallen Elf will always give you a Mutated creature rather than sometimes giving you an Abomination or killing it outright.

Also you might consider going with an Entropy deck and Life mark to use Fallen Elf.

Add in a few boneyards for the free, fun-to-mutate skeletons :)

Of course, you'd need otyughs or rain of fire or something to kill off your opponent creatures. By that time you're nearly playing the "standard" rainbow deck...

You could use Chaos Seed for killing opponents, though it's not as good as rain of fire or as reusable as otyughs.  If you want an unupgraded mono-entropy deck, I'd suggest using 6 Lycanthropes as cheap fodder for your Mutation cards.  Or you could borrow no cost creatures like Spark and Photon from Aether and Light.  Just make sure you have a Mutation card you can play the same turn.

Have fun mutating!  :D

Or Drain Life.
Or Reverse Time.
Or Freeze.
Or Fire Bolt.
Or Gravity Pull.
Or Antimatter.

It was sort of fun to spam Chaos Seeds on my first Mono-Entropy deck though. More of a "fun" card than an actual effective card.
