It works considerably against Half-Bloods. If you want to keep it rareless, switch out the Staff for another Heal (or a Purify,
as Faro suggested.)
When you play the Spirits, continuously grow them until they become 13|13 monsters. Then grow them more
Only play the Heals if you feel that you really need to play them.
For everything else (pillars/pends, dragons, etc.) play them when you can.
