i based this deck off this and if i mention anything about it, this is where i got it from

Spoiler for Changes and Reasons:

-3 moms +2 CP (better quanta balance)
-1 scorp
-3 SoDivs (they were getting in the way of a couple matches)
-5 towers, +5 pends (MUCH better quanta flow)
+5 dials (see below)

i was testing a bit and i seemed to never get enough quanta for the SoDivs so i decided to scrap them. i tried various things, SoBra, holy light, etc. but i seemed to run out when the ai refused to play creatures vs SoSac. then i thought 'SUNDIAL!' i tried that and it seemed to work much better.
i tested against decks in dragons' arena thread and this beat most of them (on page 41). it lost against the silence deck but won against almost all else.
then i decided to test it in FG's. 1st up, hecate. went quite well, EM'd even! so i tried again. jezebel... EM'd again!
and thats when i decided to post it here. it has fairly bad draws sometimes but that may be due to bad RNG.
How to Play it
there are 2 main strategies involved to playing this deck. scorpions and stalling.

Scorpions
Save scorpions in hand until you have a nova and a buff. play all of them at once then rinse and repeat

Stalling
wait as long as you can and drop a SoSac when your health is around 50. after SoSac drops, play a sundial so the ai plays more creatures. do this until your opponent dies of neurotoxin. NEVER play sundial when you are about to play your combo.
i am sorry if this has been done, i searches for SPlat in rainbow decks and didnt find this variant at all.

Did you try a sundial holy flash split? (I'm thinking 3 dials 2 flashes) I noticed you had upped sundials so it wouldn't be a setback mulligan wise. I -preferably- like holy flashes to keep you alive against burst damage.

do you need pendulums?
since within the 2 turns that SoSac lasts, your mark generates the 2 required quanta,
nova will allow a 2nd or even 1st turn SoSac (would that ever be needed?),
so I don't get your point about quanta flow.

If you go with towers instead, you could also use unupped sundials,
which are a bit better for mulligan.

Always loved splat, and I love it when someone tries to get it working. I've just got a couple of comments:
1.How does the mulligan work for you? Don't you usually have messy hands?
2.Why the Pends? I see no absolute reason for them instead of Towers, did I miss something?
3.Even though I like the deck, I wouldn't recommend it for Plat, because it suffers the same things PDials suffers of, but worse, is generally slower and doesn't win the games that PDials would lose. It's a blast in PvP2, tho.

1. mulligan is usually fine, but towers and unupped dials would work as well, if not, better.
2. i chose pends because it gives you the early time for the scorps but also protects your death from things like devs.
3. how does gold/ai4/PvP2 sound for this? im glad it works in PvP2

Well,.. I'm gonna be posting a PDials varient for pvp2 soon-ish. Which is better for pvp2 then this deck, but this deck has the dune scorpion poison over regular poison, thats like the only advantage . Ai4 FG? and gold sounds good, and it can do pvp2 but yeah haha. How about a 2nd version for pvp2? You surely dont need 6 sosacs.

problem with PvP2 is that the average person will save things (eg pillars) and can easily predict the things that this deck relies on.

i took out 2 SoSacs, and a Sundial because you dont need that much stall. i also took out a nova since (other than the sundials) you are only using 2 quanta per element. i switched the pends to pillars so i could use unupped dials which are better for mulligan. i added 2 arsenic and 3 holy lights as fillers. and because this deck doesnt have a weapon.

Probably not the route I would have taken, I would have added more 'boosting cards' and maybe another dune with towers and unupped dials to get out a dune more reliably. Also more 'boosting cards' is higher damage to force there hand. For your version, how about -1 sundial? Im kind of an anti-sundial type of person because they can be PC'd. I think a precognition would work well in order to get dune scorps out faster, but then there is the poison aspect of this. I would -2 sundials or -1 sosac -1 sundial. +1 precognition. (Now all of these options can be combined with +1 reverse time instead of precog, to force them to play more cards.)

you just need to keep in mind that PDials is a popular deck to farm with in PvP2 and against that, it will almost always go to who has the larger deck. thats why i went 31 cards. 2 precogs might fit in. id either go: -1 dial, -1 HF, +1 mom +1 CP or -1 dial, -1 HF, +2 precogs. thoughts?

Well, the version I'll be posting has braveries, so that 1 card difference wont matter and will still be able to deck you out.Triabtrouble's comment about it was "Its like playing a sob deckout and PDials at the same time"
