The deck I tried was much different than the two mentioned above. I was trying to see how Nymph's Tears could function within a standard rainbow deck that shifted its focus toward the nymph cards. It was terrible. :)

After testing, I agree that using Tears on a non-QT is the way to go. What's sad is using Tears on a Sapphire Tower is much, much better than trying to cast the Water Nymph from your hand, because the casting cost for the Water Nymph is astronomical.

I had the idea to use normal Towers instead of QTs before the cards were even released in the trainer. I realized after a bit of testing that Water Nymph was the key card in this deck, and thus, getting one out quickly was essential. By using Sapphire Towers, you can get Water Quantum even quicker to cast that Tear early on. In one game, I got a Quinted Water Nymph out by turn three.

The main thing that you need to make sure you do with this deck is play a Quantum Tower FIRST, before any other Tower. That way, if your Towers DO become targets, the QTs, which are less important, will be hit first.

Hey, I'm new to this forum, and I'm going to start off with a suggestion/question. :D

Is it a good idea to add some twin universes to this deck? Aether quantum is limited, but you could easily TU some of the nymphs...for example, the air nymph. (2 unstable gases per turn=win)

Yes, you could indeed add some TUs into the deck, but with it's already large size, it may not be the best idea. You'd likely have to take something out, and that'd reduce the effectiveness of the deck. It's already as good as I can get it for now. I'm still toying with ways to make it smaller and still have this effectiveness.

Looks like a nice deck, if a bit large.
However, I did have a few problems during testing. First, there doesn't seem to be enough quanta to cast the nymph's abilities reliably (12 towers are needed for 3 of each per turn, and I usually had around 5).

Secondly, do you need that many Tears? I found that the water nymph completely replaces tear, so I'd drop 2 and grab two towers.
Lastly, the Bone Walls seem wasted because you have nothing that reliably kills. They could be used for stalling, but I think Upped sundials would work better.

I was having a lot of trouble with getting Tears early, so six is entirely alright. In fact, it allows me to make more than one Nymph per turn. I used to run four, but they just weren't reliable enough in such a large deck. I never really have any problems with Quantum. I actually do much better now with the Amethyst Towers, too.

As for the Bone Walls, there is no use of :death in the deck, so they work well for stalling. If I were to replace them with Sundials, it'd only prevent attacks for one turn. A better alternative would be to use Shards of Gratitude, since they are now available in the trainer. I'll do some more testing.

Have you tested the deck?
