Another pretty simple wingbow with lots of offense.
Spoiler for Card by Card:
Quantum Towers are obviously, your quanta source.
Uli offers protection from many annoying creatures, such as: Maxwell's Demon(recluse has more ap than hp), Nymphs, Squids, etc.
Oty offers lots of CC if played early.
Only 2 PC cards, know what you're up against, before you waste them.
Sanctuary offers Quanta protection, and a small amount of healing.
Wings are obviously your defense, and the Recluses make sure your wings aren't useless.
The rest of the cards? Well, offense, of course.
Stats to come soon. Any help testing would be appreciated.

You would never play both Otys and Gargs, why not swapping 1 Oty, 1 gard and 1 phase recluse for pillars? iy looks really short on quanta.

I haven't had any quanta problems, though you may be right. Why shouldn't I play Oty's and Gargs? Cloak seems like a good replacement for gargs, thanks.
