Dump the Mutation and add another SoSe or Fallen Druid/Maxwells. I know you wanna make the deck random but imo SoSe does a better job at that.
SoSe has a decent chance of giving Imp Mutation and Druid is very nice to use with RoL/Gemfinders/Damselflies/Cats/whatever you get from SoSe also.
Also, dump the Quicksand please! It's pretty bad vs halfbloods as they usually have a very nice pend/pillar split (upped and unupepd) and a sh*tload of quanta anyway.
Conclusion:
-1 Improved Mutation
-1 Quicksand
-1 Morning Glory
+1 SoSe
+1 Pulverizer (halfbloods can be low on PC and can't make use of a pulvy in the majority of times)
+1 Archangel/Crusader

The quicksand one is a decent point. Getting too much PC in would make games boring, and that's not what this deck was made for. In the very moment I'm not adding the Pulverizer, Archangels and Crusaders are worse than Morning Glory.
About Fallen Elf, I'll test, but it makes it too easy to get something you like. You have to be not prepared to fight halfbloods.
