Origin
I started with an non-upgraded version of Scaredgirl's Rainbow and adjusted it to have more cards, to allow for a longer, more consistent game. I am basically using her main combos.

The Basics
The key cards are Anubis, Otyugh, Bonewall, Boneyard, and Fallen Elf.  The synergy here is pretty self explanatory.
Owl's Eye support the Otyughs.
Steal and Butterfly Effect are for permanent control.
Everything else is for card draw and opponent stalling while you set up.
Butterfly Effect seems to have solved the issue of permanent control.
The only other issue that sometimes crops up is not getting the needed amounts of Quanta for what is in your hand early on.

Upgrade Plans
Dimensional shields are fine for this deck, I just happen to have 4 Phase shields at the moment.
Once the sundials, hour glasses and Quantum Pillars are up'd, I'll probably replace the Time Factories with Super Novas
Elite Otyughs may eliminate the need for the plated armor. 
I'd also like to possibly include an Enchant Artifact, Flying Weapon, and Eternity eventually

EDIT:  early Quicksand will neuter this deck, and poison will most likely take away all chance of a mastery.

I'm not sure how this deck would work out in the trainer because of all the mutating of skeles and devouring of own creatures.
Please let me know how this works out for you, or any thoughts or suggestions.

I doubt you'll even need Time Towers if you upgrade all the towers. On the deck, it looks like it'll be a little rough as your only healing comes from those 2 bonds

The healing can be an issue, but with all the card drawing, it usually not tough to get to them. 

I think you're right about the Time Pillars, at the moment though I need them or I'll never be able to put Anubis out.

Just tried this and lost 5 in a row.  I had to discard a bunch early on, and didn't have time to setup with out the sundials to stall for me. I also found that I didn't have the quanta needed.  Nothing is worse than staring at the two phase shields in my hand while i get crushed.

Solved the issue of permanent control by removing 2x Rain of Fire and adding 2x Butterfly effect. 

I tried 2x Pulverizers, but it was too difficult to choose between that and Owls Eye.  Also the demand on my Gravity Quantas was just too high.
