Wouldn't it be better to have weapons spread across different elements as much as possible? That would reduce the quanta requirements on certain elements by a significant amount, and you could probably get away with fewer towers...
I started like that.  But the abilities of eagle's eye and pulverizer are key to success.  Jade staff just doesn't help like eagle's eye.

^awesome elite oty are 0/5 with blessings there 3/8

congrats on your thunderbolts.

Pulverizers are 5/13, eternity is 4/8 and eagle's eye is 7/7 You could kill the eagle eye as a 3/8 but then again.. I have an eagle eye in play...  Also 6/11 oty (2 belssings) + thunderbolt = 6/6 oty = you eat nothing and slowly die to eagle eye.  Nice try tho.

I've been considering building up a deck of flying weapons especially with Poseidon - I really feel that it is a VERY overlooked weapon, probably because it's not very easy to come by (compared to Eagle's Eyes and Jade Staffs (Stalves?)).  Anyway, since you're using quantam towers already, perhaps some Twin Universes might be in order as well?  FLying artifact limits your creature numbers pretty severely, so I thought if your opponent threw down a dragon early or you could get at least one flying pulverizer out then you could copy it for bonus.  Just a thought.  Sweet deck.

For the last week or so I've been running my own version of flying weapons.  This is what the deck looks like at the moment:

3 Parallel Universe
4 Sundial
1 Dissipation Field (upgraded)
2 Phase Shield
5 Flying Weapon
1 Pulverizer (upgraded)
1 Jade Staff (upgraded)
1 Poseidon (upgraded)
1 Arsenic (upgraded)
1 Eternity (upgraded)
1 Eagle Eye
10 Quantum Tower
4 Quantum Pillar

Total: 35 cards

I've been Top50 farming and PvPing with the deck.  As it stands now, it's winning about 7 of every 8 games.

Basically, I don't do anything except shield myself until I can cast a weapon, Flying Weapon, and Parallel Universe on the same turn.  Sometimes, if I know my opponent can't destroy or steal permanents, I'll hide behind a Sundial with a control-based weapon and destroy all of their lands.

The only dangers are that you play Pulverizer too early, and all of your clones of it die before they put down something really nasty, or that you end up decking yourself (but I find bouncing your own creatures with Eternity is a good way to prevent yourself from dying if you are down to your last card; I once lasted an additional 5 turns bouncing an Elite Oty back to my deck and recasting it, long enough to whittle the opponent down with arsenic.)

So, I tried my own variation, and it was great. I loved how lightning bolts work, too bad I didn't have them upgraded (to cost only 1 aether quanta). I suppose with upgraded bolts you can easily use lobotomizer as well and not starve in aether quanta. Arsenic worked great, cheap and effective. Of course pulverizer shines, too bad I only have one :(

My deck was exactly like yours, except with 5 less towers. I didn't have problem with quanta, but then again, I wasn't using 3 eagles eyes, so no single element was stressed to require more towers.

All in all, quite fun

I throw out a rare weapon deck for people farming t50 every now and thene trident is ok but won´t work that well if you get it out late. EE and pulv do own. Also one of the best decks that use only one element is the eagle eye deck. hard to counter and runs very fast.
