It's the PVP version of Devonian frOTKal FG OTK
It may look simple, but the stall and quanta balance has been really tricky. Don't ask me how it manages to get enough time quanta, I still don't know, but it does.

Combo: Dragon + 4x PUs + Sky Blitz + optional Momentum.

Hm? Why wouldn't you use fire pends, crimsons, 3 PUs, and a 6th nova in this case (you don't have hourglasses so you don't need to main time...)?

Alternatively, you could switch a PU for a rage potion and still deal 128 damage.

I actually tried with a Crimson, but in my tests I needed too much luck to get the Novas before the Sundials and Devonians let me some time quanta in case I need to play one between shields even if I don't draw an extra card.

I tried exactly this (Don't remember if there were 5 Novas and 4 fire pendulums):
