Ultimate Rainbow PVP Deck!! https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=5723.msg58536#msg58536

OK so after getting number 1 in the pvp highscore this week on Kongregate I decided I should probably post the deck I used.

Please keep in mind that I WAS NOT Playing endless hours a night and really feel that I achieved the highscore this week because this deck was much faster and efficient than my competition.

This deck uses every single type of quantum (check if you don't believe me) but uses quantum in such little amounts (usually 2 or 3 quantum per element) that you can get away with only using cremations and novas for quantum production.  The goal is to just pump out as much damage as possible in as few turns as possible.

I've never used a fire golem/dragon rush deck before so I'm not sure how much better this is but off the top of my head I can think of situations where I won a game that a fire rush deck may not have (rain of fires for instance do not instantly clear the playing field against this deck the way they can against low hp fire dragons).

Anyways this is a really fun deck so I wanted to share it with everyone and I'm always curious to see what other people come up with.

Why two mind flayers? Do you really need that many? I suggest you take out one. Do you often find yourself needing more fire quanta? It seems a bit heavy, but then again, I haven't tried this deck yet, so I dunno.

The mind flayer is more useful than you can imagine for stopping poison decks, phoenixes, devourers, other mind flayers, lava golems,  otyughs, and more.  The reason I have 2 is one it increases my odds of getting one and two it helps in the rare occasion that he already has a mind flayer or otyugh on the board and I need to put down two so he can only eat one of them giving me the second one to start lobotomizing things.

I usually have more fire quanta then I need but until they let us starting using 12 novas I'm not sure what else to do about this a quantum tower just wouldn't work well at all.

Have you ever considered an entropy mark supernova variation? That could work well too...
Why do you have unupped lycanthropes and mind flayers and crimson dragons? Im guessing this is because you don't have the electrum for upgrades?

Allow me to say that while this deck is good, it's basically a speed immolation deck combined with a speed rainbow deck. This is not good, and the deck is far from being "ultimate". The reason you won is that kong players are 99% noob badgers. :D

Unupped mindflayers and crimson drags are less expensive to cast but i dont know why he had unupped lycans.

Just throwing it out there, there is no pvp high scores in kong, just high scores and Number of pvp games played.

Let me address all the points that were made

Just throwing it out there, there is no pvp high scores in kong, just high scores and Number of pvp games played.
Ok yes there are from elements go to the chat window and click on the achievements tab.
From there go to the mode option and select pvp victories from the drop down menu.  You will see Safko as number 1 for this week.

Allow me to say that while this deck is good, it's basically a speed immolation deck combined with a speed rainbow deck. This is not good, and the deck is far from being "ultimate". The reason you won is that kong players are 99% noob badgers. :D
Very true xdude but I did get a lot of wins off of people with 20,000+ scores and I can only play who I see I don't get a lot of choice in that.  That being said I'm always looking for new deck ideas and would love to see whatever deck your using that will beat this deck.

Why two mind flayers? Do you really need that many? I suggest you take out one. Do you often find yourself needing more fire quanta? It seems a bit heavy, but then again, I haven't tried this deck yet, so I dunno.

I have more electum than I know what to do with right now.  I had werewolves instead of Lycanthrope but I wanted to make this deck with the least amount of upgrades and the only difference between werewolves and lycans is the use of one dark quantum which you should never be short of because every time you gain 1 entropy you gain 1 darkness.  There are rare occasions where devourers will take a needed darkness quantum but its very rare.

As far as the crimson dragons that is because the upgraded versions cost more and only have 2 hp which I think can be a deal breaker sometimes.

Mind flayers also cost more which can get in the way a lot but I have often thought about adding them in anyways.

THIS can make a highscore of any kind?
Either Kong is kindergarten or Dumbo will be the next president.

Naa just kidding ... dont you love Kong-bashing?!  ;D

As for the deck (actually):

Looks pretty good I find. Usually with this type of deck you will have the problem to not draw that darn RoL to cremate, those supernovas to ...  Here, there is plenty of options to either nova or cremate a phoenix or RoL so I trust playing all that cheap 2-quantum stuff usually is possible pretty fast huh?

Switching over to supernovas would force you to switch mark, which would then force you to rely on supernovas to even play your first phoenix, to cremate, to play other things ... the cycle of "bad-draws" would begin by introducing SNs here, the whole deck would require a makeover.

cremention and nova to be the quantum supply of other creatures in your deck, so pest rush deck could be a problem for you. antimatter+quint, apply that with a shield can also block your damage, i guess this deck just works well against some deck, wouldn't consider its ultimate either. But its great you are sharing your pvp deck with everyone else.

Seriously, the people in Kong suck. It's a fine deck, though, not super-good, not super-bad
