Yes this does work unupped. 

They're Mindgates, thinking about replace one with a Fractal.

This is actually interesting, but you should take out the second Eternity since you have 3 EA's to protect one anyway.  Would a single Lava Golem or Forest Spirit work?  You need a primary source of growing damage anyway since Ferox can just out-heal everything.

Well it is a stall deck and my damage output is usually fine against most decks.  The PA's are for Eternity, Towers, and Inunduation.  To make sure the Eternity isn't last card I put in two.  You could put in the Lava Golem and Forest Spirit if you wanted but be careful not to have more than 7 non-water creatures.  I crushed Ferox even with the healing and no Pulvy  or Butterfly Effect.

So you can Devour / Rewind them.  Aflatoxin your opponent first though.

I would rather go with Butterfly Effect if I was going with Permanent Control.  As for Mind Gates... I'm not really sure what to say... I don't think I need it but it could be useful.

Just what does the deck have against poison (Arsenic/Puffer Fish/Physalia/Deadly Poison from Scorpio/Elidnis/Morte) or Protected Fahrenheit (Hermes)? Since eating them poisons your Oty...

Tried it against 5 fgs in trainer, but the setup requires luck and time, was astonished how well it worked when it did though: decked out Decay and bored out Miracle (stopped using Miracle for no obvious reason)
Incarnate and Graviton were too fast.
Morte's poison stacked faster than it's bone wall came down, almost reached a whopping 200 with that inundation up...

Sure you got the exact deck?  I've beaten all those gods except for Divine Glory who I haven't played yet.

I must be extremely lucky because on my 44th match my record is 39-5.  For fighting poisonous creatures I usually have one Otyugh eat all of them after stacking up on health with Aflatoxins.

Looks like a nice little deck, although as others said I view the damage output as very low. (And without BE or Pulvy, your only option vs. Ferox/FFQ is deck out...
