Wait, Nightmare but no Ghost of the Past? Crazy? Perhaps.
So the general premise is this. After you can get a Neurotoxin counter on your opponent, Nightmare your Sparks, which your opponent should play. I mean, it's quick damage and they expect to rush you, right? Aside from that, the rest are basic SpeedBow tactics. Any problems? Maybe Purifies, but aside from that, you should be able to win in at least 11 turns. I don't have exact numbers, but this has EM'd MonoAether decks with ease at 8 turns. Also, there are issues if you don't have any buffs. You'll have to wait a few turns until one pops up to start the Neuro chain. And, of course, Neuro works even without forcing Sparks to be played.

Spark > Photon
Especially when upgraded, Ray of Lights really help build up Blessings faster. Also, they tend to do a lot less damage than Spark considering probability with Fog Shield.
What, you want to upgrade this? I don't know why you would, but it should work great upgraded. Just make sure you don't upgrade the Sparks, Novas, or Forest Spirits. Unless you want to take more damage and spend more
