Timebows never get old https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=48419.msg1059031#msg1059031

This all started with me grinding the arena for rares. Sadly, most good grinders have lots of shards which I don't have. My old timebow didn't seem as good anymore, which is why I started to scour the forum for a good gold or plat farmer. Pestal is just boring to play so I needed something else. Then I stumbled on TribalTroubles Delusion deck. The deck has 60 cards and is fully upped. I don't have that much quantum towers so I had to reduce the decksize and tweaked it some more.

First thing I did was putting in more hourglasses and changing my mark to  :time. The reasoning behind this is quite simple. For the deck to stay alive, you need to whipe the board. If you only play 8 sweepers in a 60 card deck like in the original version, it is unlikely that you have will draw one in time. It's actually gets worse than that. Most creatures won't die to a single Rain of Fire, which means that you have to get more than one! in a 60 deck with only 8 sweepers and two hourglasses, this is verry dificult. Mindgates copy your opponents deck, which means that if they are playing against a rush with little to no CC, you will die because you can't deal with their creatures. To solve this, I replaced some of the Mindgates with hourglasses an recuced the decksize to about 40. By doing this, I had much more chance of drawing into my sweepers.

This is what I came up with
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5oh 5oh 5p0 5rp 5rp 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6u9 71b 71b 77f 77f 7ah 7do 7do 7do 7h3 7k2 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q9 7t9 80j 8ps

I stopped using it against the arena. As you can see, the deck doesn't do a lot of damage. Gold and Plat just have too much hp.
A pleasant surprise came when I tried it in PvP2. It is totaly bonkers as it completely eradicates Rush decks. it can beat other stalls with the Airnymph or It can just deck you out. Give it a try!  8)

I'm glad I inspired you although I only partially agree with the points you made about my deck. :)

Why not +1 Eternity in case of deckout?

Yes! I have been thinking the same. But there is one liltle problem. Once you run out of cards, you are probably dead anyway! Because the deck relies on sweepers so much to stall, you can't stall anymore once you can't draw any, right? Ofcourse you could probably hide behind your bonewall, but you can't hide behind it forever because there is no repeatable CC. That is why I didn't bother adding an eternity.
A solution to this problem would be more mindgates. They give enough cardadvantage without decking you out. But then again if you run too many mindgates you will have quanta issues for sure.

Mmmm... I love timebows :)

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27926.msg449817.html#msg449817

That's the one I used to use a lot, but that was before some of the shards existed.  Shard of Focus owns this deck most of the time, and when it was 'other', it was -everywhere-.  I'm on break at work atm, so no exact code, but the current version I use is the above link with -2 SoSe, -2 thunderbolt, +1 amber nymph, +1 quintessence, +1 improved steal, and I now use upped purple nymphs since I own 9.  It's shortest on gravity quanta, and the amber nymphs probably shouldn't be in the deck; often I end up discarding them first if I'm quanta screwed.  However, I like them too much to part with them :p

When playing against the arena, I was experimenting with two Purify instead of bone wall and steal, because of all the poison stalls.  Shard of sacrifice isn't that bad against this deck because it can usually just wait until the AI runs out of them, and it has lots of creature counters in the form of shields, quinted purples, and so on, but nothing but sancs to outheal the poison.  There's almost certainly tons of optimization that could be done, but in terms of fun, it's hard to beat.  (except when it gets a 1 tower draw or something...)
