It's a PVP1 deck with only 2 cost cards that works well in a wide variety of situations. You could add basilisk bloods or graboids to use earth quanta but graboids would ruin the 2 theme. Enjoy!

This deck would be a bit slow to set up since you have to use the creatures abilities for them to do significant damage.
The CC will help a lot.

Is this deck meant for AI3? Because there are much faster speed bows.

This wouldn't be a bad PvP... unless your opponent also has a lot of CC.

It's an allright deck but could use some improvements.
Fog shields, maybe? Another Reverse Time and arsenic?

yep, that's what I will use for the tourney...
difference being: no lightning, deja vu, shock wave, or deflag
with 1 more photon, 4 more sparks, 3 more quantum pillars, and 2 mutations
