The sanctuary can be borrowed in the deck and a BH deck will kill you anyways. You would need at least 2.

I'm assuming you mean Black Hole since Sanctuary does nothing to protect you from Gravity Pull.

1)  This deck is full of support cards which is nice, but it also needs a good number of damage dealers.  In order to maintain the quanta balance you would need to remove the Crusader, and I would not remove it for a support card in this deck.  You would also need to use 2 in order for it to be worthwhile and I don't really see what else I would consider removing for it.
2)  It's fairly obvious in Bronze League when your opponent is going to use Black Hole in their deck and thus it's extremely easy to counter by simply holding Supernova back in your hand until you can lay out a ridiculous amount of damage in that turn.  I have yet to lose to a single deck that focuses on using Black Holes in Bronze League so I've never considered Sanctuary a needed card.

Now, if you're using this deck for Silver League then I can't really help you there since the deck was specifically designed to decimate Bronze League.  However, to say that a Black Hole deck will kill you no matter what is a serious overstatement and not true in the slightest.

This deck is true to its name. I've been using it on silver league and it's so fun to play! The only downside is lack of healing compared to Discord/Black Hole deck, but I guess you can't have everything in one deck. Mad props to willng3 for coming up with it.

Amazing deck. I'm playing this semi-unupped in Silver, and it's working pretty well. Games against fire can be maddening, though.

You can't count on this often, but I actually beat Chaos Lord with a half-upped version of this deck. He used like 4 chaos powers on a ray of light, and I got lucky with wings + phase recluse in the beginning. I won an explosion, and it made me feel so pro.

Heh yeah, it does have some funny instances against FGs.  I had an instance against Elidnis where I was able to Web all of his Forest Spectres, play Wings, and then smash all of his Bonds with Pulvy for an easy victory.  If I remember right the duel barely lasted 8 turns.

Deflag or steal could be used instead I suppose.

Upgrade line? I presume it'd be SN->HG->reculses->pulvies->QTs->others.

Both. Having more means you'll be more likely to draw them earlier, and having more also means that if yours gets stolen or deflagged, you still have more.

An Explosion.  I would say "or Steal", but I have my doubts about the amounts of that would require you to use.

An upgrade line?  ...hmm.
I'm not too sure about this just because there's so much that the deck has to have in order for it to function properly.  For starters:  1)  Supernova and Quantum Towers.  Your deck has next to no speed if these aren't upgraded.  2)  Hourglasses and Pulvies.  I would probably do the Hourglasses first because they use so much , but Pulvy is very important too.  Since unupped Pulvy costs a pricey 3 to activate its ability, reducing its activation cost is really going to save your neck in lots of duels.  Afterwards it's really up to you as to what to upgrade.  I would probably upgrade the cards that receive the biggest damage bonuses when upgraded before the others.  Then save the cards that barely change at all when upgraded (such as Maxwell's Demon) for last.
