Haven't check in on this forum in a little while but I'm really excited to see all of the positive reviews.

I've been spending most of my time working on my mindgate/rewind deck so I kind of left this in the dark for a while but glad to see it's in good hands with the community.  I was playing a random pvp 2 match when the person I played said to me "Hey I'm using your deck right now" and then he proceeded to pummel me :) .  I decided I should check back in on this post after that.

Wanted to address one quick point though about the pests and destroying towers.  I only destroy towers early on with this deck and only what I can't absorb.  If I have 3 pests out and he has 3 towers I will destroy 1 tower only and avoid using a quick sand if possible (of course the shut down is more important that keeping his quantum supply up).  This ensures that I will continue to get a lot of darkness quantum.

Many people are giving lots of different versions and that is great!  The 27 cards I have listed are the ones I find the MOST important when it comes to the denial part of the deck.  You can really put in any 3 cards you want as the other 3.  If you feel the deck needs more creature control then focus on creature control with those 3.  More permanent control then put in more steels/explosions.

I think that is my favorite part of this deck is that there really is a lot of room for customization.  With new cards coming out I'm really excited to see what new ideas the community comes up with.

Thanks again for all the feedback!

No worries. I hadn't actually used this in a while, but I've started getting back into it. Same base cards but it's changed enough to make it a bit of a different deck

What version are you using?

I've been getting back into the deck as well lately and this is the version I've been using

Code: [Select]
6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u8 74f 74f 74f 77j 77j 7dm 7dm 7gs 7n5 7q8 7t6 7t6 7t6 7td 80i 80i 80i

Still winning more often than not (and I've been shutting down a lot of super nova decks) but I still want to tweak it.  Would be curious to know what your using.

I decided that I needed more damage, so removed a Pest and stuck in a couple more damage dealers. Increased the number of Black Holes and QuickSands as well.
I sometimes find myself a little bit short on quanta- tempted to increase the amount of Quantum Towers- but it's bulky enough I think, without adding anything more.

What do you reckon? I know it's quite a long throw away from the deck on page 1 but it's in the same spirit

More so than the original one with 3 Fractals?
The TU is great for twinning an adrenalized creature- Vampire or Puffer generally. Doubles the amount of healing/poison for a reasonably low cost.
I normally use it before the Fractals- you don't get the quanta completely drained so it's easier to build back up again. I've generally not found aether quanta lacking

Heres what I would add to those 27 essential cards:  +2 precog, +1 Rewind.  Precog is never bad to have in a deck like this, and a rewind could be fantastic for a forest spirit or some such card.

I never ever use all 3 fractals though.  I only usually use 1.  The only reason I had 3 in the deck was to make sure I got one early.  At the same time I don't  disagree with putting in more cards but the problem is it can decrease your chance of getting SNs.  I would this
-minor pheonix
-heal
-Oty

+1 Quantum Tower
+1 Eagle Eye

trims it down a little and adds damage and creature control

EDIT:

if you don't have an EE I strongly recommend asking someone to post a farm for you so you can get one.

Hmm- the code I put up wasn't right- that was me testing an Oty for CC. I found it made it too Gravity heavy, so I switched it in for an EE- so good idea lol Safk.
