Dare I ask, but do you really think you need two Flying Weapons? There aren't going to be many time when you're given the opportunity to play all of the weapons. Decks nowadays will destroy those weapons right away.

and for its record so far i've used it 5 times, 3/5 rec with 2 elemental  mastery's thought to get it this far i went from lvl 10 to 0.

Doesn't look like you have enough damage output. And you certainly don't need that many cards. I'm assuming that your main source of damage and whatnot comes from boneyard, so remove poison, plague and add in another boneyard or something. Blessings aren't that important, and you don't really need to pack in so many weapons. A simple vampire dagger or lobo will suffice.

Because quantum towers aren't good to rely on and its the most heavily used quanta.
