For the last week or so I've been running my own version of flying weapons. This is what the deck looks like at the moment:
3 Parallel Universe
4 Sundial
1 Dissipation Field (upgraded)
2 Phase Shield
5 Flying Weapon
1 Pulverizer (upgraded)
1 Jade Staff (upgraded)
1 Poseidon (upgraded)
1 Arsenic (upgraded)
1 Eternity (upgraded)
1 Eagle Eye
10 Quantum Tower
4 Quantum Pillar
Total: 35 cards
I've been Top50 farming and PvPing with the deck. As it stands now, it's winning about 7 of every 8 games.
Basically, I don't do anything except shield myself until I can cast a weapon, Flying Weapon, and Parallel Universe on the same turn. Sometimes, if I know my opponent can't destroy or steal permanents, I'll hide behind a Sundial with a control-based weapon and destroy all of their lands.
The only dangers are that you play Pulverizer too early, and all of your clones of it die before they put down something really nasty, or that you end up decking yourself (but I find bouncing your own creatures with Eternity is a good way to prevent yourself from dying if you are down to your last card; I once lasted an additional 5 turns bouncing an Elite Oty back to my deck and recasting it, long enough to whittle the opponent down with arsenic.)
