I am farming AI3 with this deck and it really works great.  really great build!

I run a minor variant:

- 2 prerecog
+ 1 archangel - really helps against maxwell, otyugh and with some minor damage dealing and i have the needed quanta most of the time...
+ 1 explosion - you always find something useful to explode...there were several games i even wished for another one...

will have to try the T50 version soon :D

I may give archangel a look see.  In version 1.26, it would be preffered versus say a second phoenix that will die about as soon as it comes out.  Trading a bit of speed potential for a bit of stability seems to be a net speed improvement these days.

Is it possible that the traditional Quantum Tower could be more effective than Entropy Pendulums, if we are going for more costly creatures?

Absolutely so.  With entropy pendulums, you have a turn or 2 faster launch due to having guranteed entropy quanta from the pendulums, but your only quanta for playing most critters comes from the supernovas so you generally want them to be cheaper critters unless they are from your mark.  If you don't have supernovas you're completely hosed.  With quantum towers, you are generating quanta from each element, so you have extra quanta that can help get out slightly more expensive and larger critters or help if supernovas are hiding.

I'm losing quite a few matches against (the new and improved) AI3 with this.
Main reasons:
- Otyughs
- CC (the fire/water deck with steam machines just CC controlled me while steammachine pumped it up)
- Shields

I think the old losing percentages are outdated, are they not?

They are.  Higurashi ran new stats for this deck and tweaked it a bit for the new AI3.  The stats are located here:  http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17903.msg247154#msg247154 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17903.msg247154#msg247154)

Dam, gave this deck a try and I'm amazed how great it is! Everything in this deck (T50 version) is needed, unlike other decks where it is usually just support cards and such. I love this deck, best T50 deck I've ever used :)

Yeah, in the T50 healbow, every card relies on each other as much as in any deck out there.  Glad you like it.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice about using (adjusting) this deck (the T-50 version) for taking on Halfbloods.
It's just that I think this deck is a lot of fun, I love using all the critters from different elements. So I want to use it more often ;D

Hmmm...for halfbloods it would need a bit less stalling and a bit more CC I think maybe some growth critters.  I'll have to do some testing and see if I find anything I like.

For Halfbloods you'll also want a shield, some sort of control weapon (Pulv/Eternity/OE or an Otyugh) and maybe even a quintessence (for your growth creature or Otyugh)

I'd say this turns the whole deck upside down since you'll sacrifice speed + healing for control, growth and defense.
I'll start looking more and more like a CCYB variant. I would just look at this deck as either an AI3/T50 grinder and use something else for AI5.

Man I love this list. I don't have all the cards listed, so I decided to make some zany changes and can't tell you how much silliness has come from it. My turns to win with EM vs ai3 are around seven on average, with five being the best ever and the longest being 12. I don't have detailed stats on everything, but man I just don't think you can go wrong with supernovas and cheap beaters.

I only run in to trouble vs other rainbow decks, but an upped unstable gas would probably help that out a lot. Anyway, here is my list with my favorite addition: Fallen Elf.

Code: [Select]
5c2 5c2 5c2 5rr 5rr 5rr 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u6 713 713 745 77g 77g 7ds 7ds 7gm 7tb 7td 80d 80g
Wacky, wacky things happen. I have only had to decided whether to heal or mutate four times, and each of those wouldn't even have been a question if my heals were upped.

Great list jmdt.
