More beast with The Railgun. After i checked, there's one more creature with higher HP/cost ratio than Voodoo Doll. Which is SoF.
With build-in PC, you don't have to be afraid of shields. And with QC (BH) you can win against Speedbow. Probably.

Epi: combine with 0 attack SoFr Overdrive will make its attack become 9 in one turn and become 15 in the following turn.
Ragepot: strongest single target CC can also act as a buff for SoFr.
LS: turn damage to healing for stalling.
Quint: make this beast immaterial.
You might get away with 3 pairs (in which case, -SoFr -Overdrive) but don't put all 4. In that case, just use the regular version. (or put all 4, one of each if you really want that)

Strategy:
Blast through shields and attack with the ever-accelerating railguns. CC is not an issue. Except RT still rips this deck apart.
Get at least one SoFr out and make it big (accretion 2 times) and Overdrive. You don't have to grow it 2 times if the circumstances force you. The rest of SoFrs can be used offensively or defensively.
