true...still its definitely not as useful as permafrost. and in the beginning you often have healing and the hits it blocks arent as high as the hits it would be blocking later
anyways what would I replace it with? no real options i think. life used too much for jade...
Just don't replace it.
I replace one of them for a jade. Life may be really used, but only for causing damage, I usually dont even worry about my ffq until I have control, at which point, I no longer need the shield.
but then what do you use for mutants, you surely use boneyard but when you don't draw boneyard until late I always use firefly's what about when you don't draw it til later?

mutants speed up the battle. They dont give you a better win percentage unless your pulvy is destroyed, in which case, you need a destroy one. Thats the only time I worry abuot rushing my mutants onto the field. And I actually play this deck -1 ffq sometimes as well, just so I can get a lightly faster draw.  But the jade shield doesnt STOP me from creating tons of mutants, it just slows it down a very little bit.

funny, I never seem to draw FFQ using this deck (yes i checked, there is a FFQ in there, I didn't forget it). Boneyard is much more common.

 ok thanks
and also do you think it would be better to just use the feral bonds because it gives you an elemental mastery chance?

Bonds are good
1)Once you get the quanta
2)When you have a ton of monsters.

SoG's are good
1)Pretty much your first turn
2)No matter how many monsters you have

I primarily use my bonewall if I either dont have a perm shield up yet and can kill several creatures with fire storm, or if they have no graveyards and I can kill almost hteir whole board with fire storms. The other case would be when I know I'm going to win in next couple turns, and thus want to reduce the damage I take for those turns to 0 rather than whatever over the perm shield so that I get an EM since the shards arent added till after the creatures attack. At that point I'm in enough control that it will last for those turns and give me EM.

Yep, I've found that 70% of the times I use Bone Wall for EMing purposes when I have 3-4 turns left and I can get to 100 HP before I finish them. :)

[edit]w00t!  I've now posted so often that I could read one post per round for an entire day and it would take all day to read my posts![/edit]
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Per hour you mean?

Uh nevermind. All I know is that 1440 / 60 = 24. I'm guessing you don't want to post to ruin it. Tell someone in chat to come here because I'm confused.  ???

The deck I currently run which is based off of this, but larger is:
Code: [Select]
592 5ia 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rq 6u2 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u6 717 71b 71b 74b 74b 77f 77i 7ak 7am 7do 7do 7gp 7n3 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q8 7qb 7t9 80d 80h 80h 80hIt is a larger deck, however it still plays fairly fast with the hourglasses and seems to do better against the harder gods. I will admit that it loses to easy gods like Fire queen, ferox, and miracle more often than the original, but I can beat the harder ones more often it seems.
