Yeehaw, permafrost is still a good shield and no bad investment ... PuppyChows deck convinced me of this.
If your Eternity gets blown up it is probably time for some new strategy featuring enchanted/protected artifacts either way.

I now felt the 1.17 pressure too: Barely a chance to fight the more martial gods here.  :'(

I've added one EA to this deck, and I'm quite impressed with how it performs against the harder gods.

Although I feel that gemini and graviton have been made harder with this deck, I've gone 8-2 with seism today and 2-2 with hermes.  Permafrost shield was a brilliant addition Puppy, great work

Would it be better to add a protect artifact or a flying weapon to this deck? Or maybe both...

I've been testing it with antimatter added. So far, no noticeable result changes. It can help get control of the board if you draw it early though, since it's essentially killing the creature. One less dragon or such for you to devour.

And you could also add a PA (especially after v1.17), but I don't see the point of flying weapon. Unless you desperately need to rewind a plagued creature or a huge growth creature (which you should just mutate anyway), you just don't play the eternity until you have a single card left in your deck. And by then, you've usually had the pulvy up long enough to destroy what you need. In addition, there's always the possibility of a destroy or steal mutant.

Updated with some statistics. Though I just started today, I think that link auto updates. Eventually it will have reliable ones.

I love this build. Just beat Divine Glory for the first time with it. :)

Have you considered maybe adding a Fire Shield in the place of a firestorm? Haven't tested extensively, but I would think it's more constant creature control and creates more otyugh fodder. It would totally own divine and Hermes with the recent patch, while being moderately useful for the rest.

The only problem I have come across is that it takes up the shield slot, while not really being much of a shield.

Permafrost shield probably works here because of the shards - we are ok taking some damage and healing it back each round.  In the builds with no shards and just the one late game feral bond, you cant afford to still be taking some of the damage.

This deck definitely seems to get faster starts than the standard rainbow, due to lots of supernovas in a smaller deck.  Does it end up beign tower-light or not?

It seems like one main issue will be supporting the time quantum requirements without time mark.  I guess we wont be using eternity until the end.

Wouldnt one enchant artifact be essential given the small deck size?  Need to have eternity survive.

Is pulverizer really needed?  It seems to me that we cant really support the gravity cost to activate it, after already paying for otyughs.

This deck is my favourtie FG killer so far, but like the previous post, i found that there has been aether, gravity, and time quantums. Would it be better in the long run if i switched my mark the time or aether?

I also have been using it, adding only one feral bond and one time tower which i plan to remove and im liking it.
I think i should remove the tower though to get better starting hands:)

By the way, nice deck Puppy  8) At first i wondered why not 3 Quintessences, FFQ/Otyugh/Druid, but yea i do think only 2 is better:) We usually dont need to protect both queen and druid

It seems to me that with so few towers, we wont have enough time quantums late in the game to use eternity repeatedly, and that could be dangerous.

Enchant Artifact seems important to protect the eternity against the hard gods.   Also I second the idea of testing Fire Buckler/Fire Wall.  It really helps against divine glory at least.

I need to test this now that I have 4 shards.  They seem very crotocal for this deck.

My biggest worry is the lack of towers.  We have a lot of supernovas, and with entropy mark should get going fast, but not much quantum generation long term (maybe its not needed?).
