reasons that no one make one like it is because that it requires too much to be effective...
you need a substantial amount of death quanta
a lot of time quanta
and a bit of gravity...
since you need mummies and RTs quick, you would want 4-6 of each, that's about 1/3 of the deck space gone (assuming you are creating a 30 card deck)
then you need pillars and pends... to support the pharoahs, you will need at least 10 time pillars in your deck... 2/3 space gone
then you need gravity, which a mark will do
now you need a lot of stall cards... so 6 sundials, and 2 procrastination, and 2 eternities
