Oty VS overdrive or something. I chose oty because it wont clog up your hands when you're using hastening, also helps to stall.
2 sancts VS archangel. I originally had archangel to help with oty, but after losing to black holes enough times and figured for the current meta their rather popular, I decided sanctuarys are rather good. (It was 2 frogs and an archangel)
Mind flayer VS abyss crawler: Im a sucker for lobo.
The inspiration for this deck came from the Elidnis FG counter, but instead I took out 1 pulvy and changed all the creatures to non-dragons of my in-element choices. I also took out 1 phase shield and 1 hourglass. Its still a pretty strong deck, can get some high speed wins. But relativly it's consistant for vsing AI4s cause I get down to my bottom 5 cards almost every time.

Considering you're serious about BH protection, I'm assuming you're using this for Gold? It would explain using Oty over Charger too. If so, I would heartily recommend Spectre over Frog since it quickly gets both faster and more durable. FFQ over Wyrm is usually more optimal, but in this deck you may want to keep the speed. The only thing I'm really missing besides a Spectre is a Steamie. I cannot begin to count the amount of games that Steamie has won me in all the leagues. It's insane.

Even with the single-target CC protection from Cloak, I imagine you run into mass CC sometimes and PC a -lot-. As it turns out, Steamie isn't that slow either, -especially- if the opponent has 200 HP. It also works perfectly with FFQ, should you choose to consider her. Steamie does contend for Water if you pack a Spectre and an Uli, but most games you only want to play one of them. Some games you want to play Uli and Steamie, some you just rush with Spectre and Steamie later on.

I use it for AI4, the VS section is just the edits I kinda made and thought of in the making of the deck tbh. And maybe it can handle gold? It can definitely handle silver, some PVP2s as well.

The odds of running into BH against AI4 is really low, and even then they don't have many copies and you probably won't lose because of it with 6 QT's and 5 Snovas. I know I don't with my SoSebow and that's heavier on quanta by a lot.

So I would definitely pack Peggy or Angel over Sancs. That leaves you with space for another Frog or Pulvy. Anything beyond that is preference really. I love using 2 SoFo, 2 GF and 2 BW's, but Cloaks work well with Phasies. Even so it's worth considering SoFo's and GF's over Pulvies if you have space to spare, and it would mean you can go with EE for CC and damage (consider a Pande too).
