Disclaimer: This topic is now somewhat outdated and is no longer being updated with new decks. It will continue to serve the purpose of listing many, many types of commonly seen Speedbows, but will no longer be updated unless otherwise noted.

This compilation exists because of the tendency to overlook when an idea has already been created and posting it as your own. Far too many times have I seen users asking, "Hey, has a Speedbow been done with '..." before?" The simplest thing would be to use the Search function to find what you're looking for, but admittedly that doesn't always work the way we intend it to. So...rather than being chastised for doing an incomplete or inadequate search, I've listed them all here and broken them down into subcategories to make it easier to find exactly what you're looking for.

But first: What is a Speedbow? A Speedbow is a simple combination of the words "Speed" and "Rainbow"; it has nothing to do with Short Bows, Longbows or Owl's/Eagle's Eyes. Their diverse card pools make them one of the most powerful, effective and entertaining decks imaginable. Because Speed is needed from these decks, only ones built to be fast will be included here.

FAQ:

Q: How did you decide on what decks to add here?
A: It wasn't easy. There are just too many exceptions that could be made by saying it just needs to have Supernova and to be fast so I broke it down based on the following criteria:
4+ Supernova (SN) - I don't consider a deck to be centered around SN if it has 3 or less SN in it because if it doesn't rely on it being drawn almost every game then it's not that important.
Speed - This was the hardest to judge. Most of these I just confirmed based on a first appearance. I did test a few decks, however, but only those that I absolutely could not decide upon. Fast here is typically defined by 9 or less turns to win.
30 cards - Can't make an exception here. If I say that 31 card decks can be added then that allows for 32 card decks to be more easily allowed as well and so on. 30 just makes it simpler.
Completed decks - I'm not talking about 100% upped or anything like that. I mean no decks with names like "My first Speed Rainbow" or something to that effect. Those decks honestly don't appear finalized. Decks with cards which should be upped but aren't were added simply because you should be able to use your head to figure out what it would look like fully upgraded.
No Mutation based decks - Too luck based for me to call them fast.
Rainbow decks by forum definition - Not much of a Speed Rainbow otherwise. If your deck isn't in the Rainbow Decks section then it wasn't added.

Q: Why isn't [insert deck's name here] on the list? I think it deserves a place.
A: If it follows all of the criteria above then I may have missed it. Or maybe it was added after this thread was created and updated last. I do try to update this list when I can, but I do not have the type of time where I can immediately add every new Speedbow that appears. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a deck then I ask that you either contact me in chat or via PM. This thread is not the place to argue for a deck's addition to be heard.

Q: [Insert original deck's name here] and [insert very similar deck's name here] are nearly identical decks. Why are they both included here?
A: My hope is that this thread will be used so that incidents like that stop occurring. However most of the decks listed here have been posted for quite some time and as a result it is pointless to try and urge users to correct their deck to make it less similar now. If they were not pointed out as being near identical to another thread beforehand then the deck's owner should consider himself/herself lucky.

Q: How are these decks organized?
A: First based on different structures (Towers, Pends, no Towers, etc.) and then from oldest to newest based on the original post, not the latest post on each thread. I did this mainly to show which decks can be considered the most original.

Q: I don't believe that [insert deck's name here] is very effective. Why is it included here?
A: I didn't bother looking at the win rate for each deck, just the estimated speed each could win in. I did however leave out some decks whose win rate was so obviously horrid that I treated it as an incomplete deck.

Q: How long did it take to put all of this together?
A: 3 days.

Q: Why did you make this thread centered around Speedbows with Supernova but not Cremation, Nova, etc.?
A: It's just too long of a list. There just might be as many Cremation based Speedbows as there are Supernova based Speedbows, and these are significantly easier to break down into subsections.

Q: So what does this thread show us? What does it prove?
A: That I love you guys. Also that there are less original Speedbow ideas than what some people may realize. This should be a tool for questioning whether our "new" deck idea is anything remotely close to something that has been done before. If it is and doesn't warrant any groundbreaking results then it probably doesn't deserve its own thread. If you have to ask yourself if your deck idea is too similar to another...then that's usually a sign it shouldn't be posted as a new deck.

Q: Can we offer any feedback or suggestions?
A: Of course, just keep things civil :)

Hmm...I think there's too many decks for that. Not in the sense that I won't have enough time or energy, but just that I won't be able to explain why each deck is so unique. If I could do that with each of the Quantum Tower based Speedbows listed then I would.

I was going to delay adding it because you seemed open to new suggestions so I didn't want to add a deck prematurely that would have been modified in the meantime.

Also, I was trying to avoid these "Can you add my deck too?" replies because if this keeps going then 80% of this thread is going to be deck requests which was not what I had in mind when I created it. Therefore I will emphasize this point one last time:

Kay, I added a few decks here and rearranged the way the PSNbows and Elemental Tower based Speedbows are arranged. PSNbows are now arranged based on their Deck Marks whose Elements are then arranged the same way as in the bazaar/deck screen in the game known as Elements. Same goes for the Elemental Tower Speedbows except that obviously applies to the Elements of the Towers instead. Oh sure I could have done it alphabetically, but it's about 4000000x more epic this way.

I'm also establishing a time limitation before a deck is added here. If a new deck has been posted for a week or more and it clearly will not be changed in the future, then it will be added. Please do not panic if your deck is not immediately added within a week. If you honestly cannot bear the suspense/have 0 patience, then there are several logical explanations to this happening including: I'm away on vacation (check the last time I was online), Comcast decides to turn off my internet access yet again for no reason (check the last time I was online), or my girlfriend has locked me in our basement which doesn't exist (again, check the last time I was online).

Other stuff to note...let's see.
-The "Reserved." post is there in case my first post somehow manages to exceed the gargantuan character limit set in place on each post. I don't foresee this happening twice, so hopefully that one "Reserved." will suffice.
-There is no :entropy Mark listed beneath the PSNbow section. Why? For one: There is no PSNbow that runs an :entropy mark. Two: It's the exact same as running Amethyst Towers and will therefore be categorized there by default. If I see someone suddenly create an :entropy Mark PSNbow to be funny then I might "accidentally" move that deck to the humor section... :)
-Decks with multiple quanta sources (Quantum Towers + Elemental Towers, etc.)...eh, that's harder to judge. I'll probably categorize it based on which quanta source it has more of. If they're the exact same number then I'll always put it in either the Elemental Tower or PSNbow section; god knows we have enough Quantum Tower based Speedbows already. If it's evenly split between Pends and Towers then I'll just let the community spank you until I figure out what to do with it.
-Incorrect deck images, incorrect links, etc. As long as it's not a deck request, feel free to report it here. There's a good chance I may have incorrectly inserted a link to a real life picture of Napalm Grenade in place of a Deck link, so it really pays off to double check my work in case I'm wrong.
-Why isn't this thread stickied? Yeah I wondered if I should do that or not. It's very useful, but then again so are threads like the TTW Study and they've never gotten that same treatment. So for now it stays like it is. If it somehow manages to get buried beneath all the fantastic decks we have in this section, then go stalk my Profile and I'll have it linked in my signature.

Someone makes a thread with his new speedbow. The variant at the top of the thread contains a PSNbow with Mark of Light, and below the deck he posts a rainbow with Light Towers. Other than these, the decks are exactly the same.

Which one (or both) goes into this list?

On a similar note, let's say I were to make a max-speed, rainbow variant of my PSNtrio, that meets all your requirements. I love this twist and so put it in my opening post, below the primary deck. Would this variant be allowed in this list, even though it is not the primary deck of the thread?
Note: I do not currently intend to do this in the near future, I am just using it as an example.

If there's enough differentiation between the two (i.e. not just switching the Pends and Mark around and calling it a new deck) then I'll probably post them both in their appropriate sections, so in most cases they'll get their own place in both areas.

Ah yeah I had forgotten about this. At the current moment, I believe there are only 1 or 2 decks that meet that criteria and I stumbled across them by chance when I first started compiling this list by:
1) Searching the Deck Ideas section for the code for 4 Supernova.
2) Searching through that list for decks which fit the criteria.
However as I did this I quickly realized that the Search Engine now only gives me 1 page of results when I specifically recall it giving me multiple in the past. Since that obviously wasn't going to work, I had to stick to manually searching through each and every page of the Rainbow Decks section as the "best" alternative. I don't plan to comb through the other sections because I'm almost positive 95% of it will be a waste of time and I'll die of boredom/insanity. So I guess the best solution would be to just PM me the deck thread if I've missed it and then I'll see if I can't post it.

Although I do strongly discourage users from modifying each and every little deck to make it worthy of being added here...it just shouldn't work that way.
EDIT: In fact, if I see an old deck with a Rainbow SN Variation that has a timestamp matching right...now, then it's not getting added.

I'm still contemplating this as we speak. Here's the issue: Currently the way each of the Deck sections categorizes decks is that anything where a thread lists multiple decks without one being blatantly listed as an original (non-variant) is considered a compilation and is thereby placed under the Deck Help section. Reason being that we don't have a specific area for compilations in the Deck board which makes it somewhat more difficult to categorize those types of decks. However, in the case of duos, trios, etc., there are situations where each deck listed is a duo (trio, etc) and therefore could qualify for that section; the issue is should they? There really isn't a definitive line set up in this area which is the cause of this entire problem; a problem which I hope is solved very, very soon.

In saying that, however, I have placed this in this section because 1) Every deck listed here is a Rainbow 2) It wouldn't make any sense for this to be listed in any section apart from Rainbow decks; odds are that nobody would notice it before they posted a deck here which defeats its purpose (but then again so does not having this topic sticky'd...) 3) Despite the fact that I've referred to it as a compilation several times, in truth it serves as more of an Index. The problem, however, is that I could easily make the opposite argument which is my cause for hesitation at the moment. I guess the real question is if its use demands that it deserves a sticky.

TL;DR - I can't make this decision by myself because I'm too conflicted as it stands. I'm setting up a poll right now to make that decision; if the results are unquestionably in favor of sticky'ing the topic then I'll do it and worry about moving it later if something changes down the road.

I think it merits a sticky. People who come to the Rainbow Decks subforum are looking for...rainbow decks. Having an index of them as a sticky makes complete sense.

I was going to let the poll run for a week, but it would appear that there's an overwhelming majority opinion so I don't see any reason to delay it any longer.

Supernova-based pretty much implies upped decks. Please don't leave.

i am still wondering what is the best fast rainbow rainbow deck that is so balanced....

Minor note: In the event of a new patch being released, I will begin adding decks using new cards at least 1 week after the patch is added. Hopefully this is enough time for unexpected bugs and balancing issues to be fixed.

How do any of these decks deal with a Devourer strategy? They're all so quanta-light in the early going that simply losing the coin toss consistently causes problems against Devourers, in my experience.

I'd say add a sanctuary which would protect against devourers and black hole. Debatable on the use of 4|3 :light though.

Some use Sanctuary, that's a viable strategy. However, you'd need to use Supernova to get to play Sanctuary in the first place which I think is more the root of the issue: How do you stop the Devourers from stealing the quanta needed to play that first Supernova?

Well. With Quantum Tower Speedbows it's usually pretty common for a Devourer to steal something other than :entropy, and even if it does, the Devourer deck likely isn't going to be that fast to recover when you gather the needed quanta and go on a berserk offensive. Know your opponent, obtain the key to victory.

PSNbows are a little more difficult. They sometimes manage to get quanta locked early if 2 Devourers are played by the opponent. But that's not as common as you'd believe: You'd usually need at least 2 Devs out on turn 1 to ensure this lockdown (otherwise the Devourer might miss the :entropy quanta and drain the quanta from the mark) and even then if the PSNbow pulls out 2 :entropy Pends on the first turn it's practically impossible to stop Supernova from being played unless there isn't one present in the opponent's hand at that time. Sometimes if I'm lacking that quanta early I'll hold off on playing :entropy Pends so that I can play 2 at once and activate Supernova. It makes things riskier, but it at least gives you a backup plan against complete lockdown.

As for Speedbows running :entropy completely off the mark...that's usually a huge problem. However, most of them have cards that run off of a different form of quanta which means the consequences of not playing a Supernova early aren't as severe.

Only other option for almost any of these decks is to come prepared with more Towers/Pendulums; playing 2 of a Pend/Tower on the first turn usually means you can bypass lockdown.

If you manage to set off a Supernova you generally won't have any problems; even in a Devtal it takes forever to completely drain the 24 quanta you just created. Remember, because these decks are built to be fast, there's a small window of opportunity for a Devourer to complete a lockdown against them. If that lockdown can't be attained within the first 2 turns then it usually means that it won't happen.

I would suggest experimenting with your own builds rather than simply copying a deck idea that looks like a good build to start with. The trainer would be useful for doing this.

Keep in mind that this thread wasn't built to serve as inspiration for people building Speedbows, but to help make sure that these types of decks posted on the forums aren't carbon copies of each other.

SN bows=6 upgrades at least, I used one with SN's and quantum towers upped, it works quite nice, but way slower.

Talking about I saw you added my SoSebow I'm glad you've done it but I didn't see tha gold league killer V2 (totally different from V1 and including 5 SoSe). I think that this deck is better for arena than the SoSebow, maybe slower for AI3 though.

I've been using SNbows in Silver/Gold League for the past hour and a half just out of sheer boredom. I'm far from deciding it's time to put them to rest already; this nerf is not the end of the world.

it's a shame, they made for quick games while at work! I would like to try and find a way to use the singularities, but I don't think you can. :(

I believe you can use them as Mutation fodder, if they haven't made themselves immaterial.

While SN nerf does hurt speedbows, they are still very playable.

You can take the 'speed' out of the bow! ;D
Sure it's playable, but not near as effective as it once was. I have gone mono :life, speed frogs with heal. It lacks variety, but the speed is still there.

Yes you can mutate them - I've done so myself - they don't inherit any bad behaviour once mutated.
Don't think you can get away with simply antimatering them though.

I PM'd you a deck but got no response, and I've waited about 4 months so I figured it was time I posted here. Elite Momentum. Another elite dejavu rush, but with bravery and freedoms and the normal stuff instead of large boosting. It was tested by multiple people and then mixed the stats together to get a 100 game sample with the highest WR:TTW ratio. Because of such a feet. I ask that it please be added here. Again the decks title is Elite Momentum. Also the deck idea of the month isnt added on this list either, so is this a dead topic?

Willng3 left the forums, this thread is still here because it serves its purpose: There are listed almost every type of SN speedbow.

Couldn't a mod take it down and put it up as there own post, but with a little sidenote saying this was originally willing3's post, but he left so I reposted it after taking it down to keep editing it. Or anyone else for that matter, and then get a mod to delete willing3's post? That way people arnt PMing a non-active guy.
