Having unused elements from Quantum Pillars/Towers works much better with an upgraded Dissipation Shield, since they will all absorb damage. I would substitute those Dissipation Shields for more control or shields. Wings, Maxwell's Demon, Owl's Eye, Antimatter, Basilisk Blood, and Miracle would all make great additions to a deckout deck like this. Timing a mass creature kill with a Miracle right after would be pretty devastating. And against certain decks, Wings would be even better than Phase Shield. Maxwell's Demon, Owl's Eye both provide pretty good reusable creature control, or an Antimatter or Basilisk Blood could completely take out a powerful creature (just time Basilisk Blood to not overlap with shields. It would work well when you can't play a shield to immobilize a powerful creature until you can).
