I encourage you to start recording your games if you have any interest in various deck's performance. It's pointless to argue which deck is better if there is a statistic, the rest is tweaking it to your own taste. I, for one, prefer quicker games even at the cost of a few less wins.
About the deck - as far as I know it's what alaska made of his original deck after the introduction of dials (except the pulvy). I don't think any of Scaredgirl's upgraded decks can stand up to this one.
I decided to test alaska's deck because it would make a good reference point - it's quite popular, has great performance and a decently small deck size (less cards to up for new players). On the down side it requires 2 rares (eternity and pulvy is what I used for testing) and the fact that it probably would suck unupgraded.
