After barragor made 4-0 against my no land uppercut with a very slow antirush, I thought i should improve this deck somewhat since its also antirush AND fast

Hmm interesting idea. It wouldnt be as fast, but could definitely have some potential to be harder to beat than a standard speedbow.

Why would I use this rather than jmdt's PSN bow? I see no advantage using this deck. Its isnt as fast as speedbows and is too slow to win control decks ???

It all depends on the type of deck you want to play. My "speedbow" is a denial deck. Nothing wrong with changing one into a stall.

As for the deck, I'd remove a pendulum and the lycans. Add another shield and perhaps an antimatter or two, and maybe an explosion or momentum. Lycans aren't too great because they can slow you down.

Using phase shields in a PSN bow is actually a pretty good idea.  The problem will be that when you go down the road of control and lose the speed advantage, you need lots of control to make up for it.  Against a pure rush deck this will perform brilliantly, as you stall them out with shields and beat them up with your critters.  Against decks that mitigate the phase shields it doesn't have secondary control to keep up.
